01Who is Yaai for?
Yaai is built for freelancers, independent professionals and creative agencies who want to bring client work into one organized workspace. Choose an individual plan for your own business, or Studio when you work with a team.
02Do my clients need an account?
No. Clients can use the links you share to review work, leave feedback, approve a stage and choose a meeting time. Contract signing includes email verification.
03How do WhatsApp updates work?
Choose a supported WhatsApp update when sharing a document or project stage. Yaai uses your configured templates to keep clients informed and direct them to the next step. Sending depends on your WhatsApp setup, recipient permissions and available limits.
04What is the difference between Advanced and Studio?
Advanced is the highest individual plan, for one person managing their own work. Studio is the team subscription, with at least three seats including the owner, shared allowances, project assignments and access controls.
05What does the free trial include?
The individual free trial includes 3 proposals, 2 active projects, 3 invoices, 3 contracts and 30 AI minutes. Trial meetings can run for up to 30 minutes each. You do not need a card to begin. Studio has separate per-seat billing.
06Does Yaai collect payments from my clients?
Your clients pay you directly using the payment instructions you add to invoices. You record their payment status in Yaai. Stripe handles your Yaai subscription separately.
