No. Add your bank details or another payment method as instructions inside a proposal or invoice. Your client pays you directly. Stripe is used separately for your Yaai subscription.

Approved value is based on accepted proposals and the date the client approves, after discounts and excluding VAT. Estimated profit subtracts recorded expenses. These figures do not confirm that payment has been collected.

Both parties sign inside Yaai using a typed name and email verification. The platform retains the document version and signing evidence. This is not a qualified signature or notarization service; suitability depends on the agreement and its requirements.

Yes. Add your name or company name, a logo and up to six images per proposal. Image uploads can be up to 5 MB each, with 100 MB of workspace storage. Yaai branding remains on client documents.

Subscribe to continue creating, editing and sending documents after your trial. If the trial ends without a subscription, your existing documents remain available to view.

An active subscriber can manage cancellation through the Stripe customer portal from their account. When cancellation is scheduled for the end of the billing period, access continues until that period ends.
