Connect Yaai to Claude and ChatGPT

What the connection does

Connecting Yaai lets your AI assistant work with your own workspace: find clients, proposals, invoices, contracts, projects and meetings, read finance using the same numbers as the Finance page, and prepare changes or client messages for you to approve.

The assistant only sees the workspace you sign in to, and only what your Yaai role allows. Contract signing, payment setup and administrator controls stay inside Yaai.

Before you start

You need a Yaai account with an active plan or trial, and a Claude or ChatGPT account. You sign in with the same email you use for Yaai.

Connect in Claude

Open https://claude.ai/directory/yaai (or in Claude, open Customize → Connectors and search for Yaai) and select Connect. Sign in to Yaai, choose the permissions you want, and select Allow connection.

If Yaai is not listed for you yet, select Add custom connector, name it Yaai, paste https://yaaistudio.com/mcp as the server URL, then select Add and Connect. On Team and Enterprise plans an Owner adds it first from Organization settings → Connectors.

Connect in ChatGPT

In ChatGPT, open Apps, search for Yaai and select Connect. Sign in to Yaai, choose the permissions you want, and select Allow connection.

Connect in Claude Code

Run: claude mcp add --transport http yaai https://yaaistudio.com/mcp

Then run /mcp inside Claude Code, choose yaai and sign in. Your browser opens the Yaai permission page and returns to Claude Code on your computer.

Permissions you choose

Read is always on: the assistant can search and read your workspace records. Create and update lets it prepare new or changed records. Send lets it send client emails and approved WhatsApp templates.

Every change and every message goes through a review first. The assistant shows exactly what will change and who will receive it, and nothing happens until you confirm.

What you can ask

“Which proposals are waiting for approval?” · “How much did we earn in September?” · “Show me the notes from my last meeting with this client.” · “Prepare an invoice for 50% of the approved proposal.” · “Remind the client about the unpaid invoice.”

Disconnect or reconnect

A connection lasts 30 days. To end it sooner, open Settings → Integrations in Yaai and disconnect it, or remove Yaai from your assistant’s connector settings. Reconnect anytime by selecting Connect again.

If something does not work

“Reconnect your Yaai account” means the connection expired or was disconnected; select Connect again. If tools say your plan is inactive, renew it in Settings → Plan & Billing. A message shown as sent was accepted by the email provider; check the delivery log for its status.

Your data

Yaai shares your workspace data with the assistant only when it asks for it during your conversation. Your assistant provider’s own privacy terms apply to your conversations. See the Yaai Privacy Policy for how Yaai handles data.
